Store Policies and Terms

STORE POLICIES:
We at Costumes on Haight love fun, happy people to entertain us while we work.

• All sales final. All merchandise sold "as-is."
• No refunds or exchanges
• No checks accepted

RESERVATIONS:

• Any costume can be reserved simply by paying the rental price in full. A portion of the reservation is non-refundable.
• Reservations assure you the costume you want, when you want it. Reservations can be done as far in advance as you need. 
• No phone reservations

RENTAL POLICIES:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must have photo ID and major credit card
• Late charges are PER DAY.
• Cleaning the costume is included in your rental charge.
• DO NOT attempt to clean the costume yourself.

DEPOSITS:

• Deposits of cash or major credit cards only
• No ATM deposits
• Cardholder signatures must match

Sorry we do not ship.

Costumes on Haight asks that you limit your cell phone usage in the store.

There are NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS allowed AT ANY TIME without EXPRESS CONSENT OF MANAGEMENT. This goes for anything from a cell phone camera to an ENG/EFP camera.

We love animals, but dogs must be restricted to registered assistance and guide dogs - or be carried at all times.
