STORE POLICIES:

    ◊All sales final All merchandise sold "as-is."

    ◊No refunds or exchanges

    ◊We take all major credit cards as long as a matching photo I.D. is present. No checks accepted

COSTUME RESERVATIONS:

    All of our -rental- costumes are available for reservation. You may reserve costumes for any future date(s) within the year. You simply pay the rental price up-front & return later to pick up your costume at the designated time

    Reservations are the only way to 100% guarantee a costume will be available for you. We do not do any "holds" of costumes or other items outside of standard reservations. This means that if you call looking for a particular item/costume we cannot "set it aside" for you until you're ready to pick it up. We hope our customers understand our policies exist to keep things fair for everyone!

     

RENTAL POLICIES:

    Lessee must be at least 18 years of age

    All rentals require a major credit/debit card with matching valid photo I.D. Credit/debit card & I.D. must belong to the lessee present. Lessee assumes full responsibility for the items rented. We do not accept "company" credit cards unless said card matches the photo I.D. of the lessee present "in store".

    Late fees are based on the original rental price of each individual item. Failure to return rented items by the due date will result in a per-day late fee charge.

    Natural wear & tear on rented items is expected, however any excessive damage (I.E. difficult stains, wax spills, burn marks, rips) may result in a cleaning and/or repair fee. Please do not attempt to clean rented costumes yourself! Sometimes a minor mishap can turn into a big problem if you try and fix it yourself. Any lost costume components or accessories may result in a replacement fee based off cost to replace said item. If the costume becomes un-rentable because of damage or lost pieces you as the lessee may be required to pay the full purchase price of the costume.

    HOW DEPOSITS WORK:

      Every rental item has a designated deposit value. When renting any item(s) you as a lessee are not required to pay the deposit amount up-front. When filling out the rental contract we usually: Make an imprint copy of your credit/debit card which you sign, giving us the authority to charge your account any amount up to the max deposit $ in the event you do not return our costumes to us. If you do not want to use your card you can leave a cash deposit of the total deposit $, which will be returned to you in full provided you return the costumes in the same condition as they were when they left the store.


      We do not ship out costumes. We do accept costume returns by mail/courier service but make sure you put in writing somewhere within the package the full & correct name of the lessee who signed the rental contract



      Costumes on Haight asks that you please limit your cell phone usage in the store
      ◊We do not allow any photography in the store. Real cameras, cellphones, spy cams, etc., no photos whatsoever please! We want to make sure our customers feel comfortable trying outfits on without being worried someone might sneak a quick pic of them while disrobing
